Champion Implements Keyence Optical CMM

Champion Plastics is pleased to announce the addition of our new Keyence LM-X100TL Multi Sensor Measurement System. This “optical CMM” allows us to automatically batch measure a component’s various dimensions and critical characteristics and log and monitor the results to our ERP quality system. The system can perform measurements to +/- 0.7 μm accuracy and +/- 0.1 μm repeatability at the push of a button. A special thanks to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the Manufacturing Growth Alliance (MGA) as this device was partially funded through the Industry 4.0 Technology Implementation Grant.
